I finished Lesa's table last night - the children's table I made for her lake house. It turned out great...I think even Lee Otis will be impressed with this one!
To make this table, I modified a couple of plans from Ana-White.com: the storage dining table and the kid's storage play table. The seats and table base are painted white. The top is stained (color is minwax special walnut) and finished with 3 coats of wipe-on poly.
The base holds baskets for storing kid-sized dishes, silverware, and napkins. Sorry, Lesa, the dishes aren't included.
Scarlett and Savannah were happy to model for me.
This is the perfect size for little ones. I might make one or two more of these to sell...after I finish a few things for myself, that is.
