Yesterday Savy helped me plant crocus and daffodil bulbs on Callie's grave; we can remember her with beautiful flowers this spring. We miss her very much. I still catch myself expecting her to greet me at the door when I go outside.
I took some photos of Savy holding Scarlett this week.
We have swarms of hummingbirds in the backyard. I took several videos while sitting on the back porch. Keep an eye on the feeder as well as to the upper left. They get so close to me if I'm still...a couple almost flew into the camera. There are many more that you can't see swarming behind me...right behind my head. Savy's just on the other side of the window doing her best to scare them away, so there aren't quite as many as usual.

Scarlett has gotten a lot bigger since we were there. Seems like it has been forever since we saw you, Jon, and the little girls. She is a big baby now. When we were there, she was a little bitty thing. She sure is beautiful. Tell Savy that Nanny said she is beautiful too !! We love you, bye.
Both girls are gorgeous! I can hardly believe Scarlett has grown so fast. Savy has her hands full :-)
I was so moved by Jon's post about Callie. I couldn't bring myself to read it until today cause your Mom had warned me. He did a wonderful job putting a difficult subject into words. I can only imagine how hard it was to share those feelings. Especially for a man :-)
